Keeping your deployment address up-to-date is essential in ensuring the software is routing your appointments in the most logical and efficient manner possible. Routing your claims from your home address in Texas isn’t very helpful when your claims are in South Carolina!

If you are an adjuster utilizing our personal scheduling assistants, please reach out to your team via email or phone so they can update your deployment address and audit your route.

If you are an adjuster utilizing our self-scheduling software:

Log in to and click the My Schedule icon in the top-left corner.

Expand the adjuster menu and click Manage Adjuster.

Click the Deployment Info tab. Enter your deployment address and click Submit.
